A Likely Show and Shine

Yes! The Cariboo loves classic vehicles. And they’re showing and shining it at the 1st Annual Likely Show and Shine on the Quesnel River near Quesnel Lake, a community 88 km. north of 150 Mile House, east of Hwy. 97, on Sunday July 8 from 10 to 2. Turn out to support the Likely and District Volunteer Fire & Rescue Society. Click here for the invitation letter (pdf). Click here for the poster (docx) and Click here for the pre-registration form (docx). On the way back, consider taking the paved Mountain House Rd. about 15 km. north of 150 Mile House, and then the W. Coast Rd. to return to Hwy 97 about 15 km. north of Williams Lake. New roads, new adventures!

1st Annual Show & Shine, Likely

There’s another reason to head to the Cariboo this July. It’s the 1st annual, “A Likely Show and Shine”, Sunday July 8, 10-2.  Dan runs a shop in Likely B.C. that is a community about an hour from Williams Lake who was affected by the fires last summer as well. His goal is for the proceeds of the show to go towards the local volunteer fire and rescue department for equipment for future situations. He will have an event poster shortly that we will include here, and will be offering trophies and prizes, 50/50 as well as other deals. It’s right on the lake and in downtown Likely.
